Job summary

Suno is seeking a Staff or Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to build the program foundation for its Security organization. You will own cross-functional structures turning priorities into executable programs, starting with Vulnerability Management and Security by Design. You will partner with Engineering, Research, and Legal, and may grow a team as the program expands.

Qualifications

10+ years in technical program management within fast-growing engineering orgs.
Built programs from scratch (e.g., vulnerability management, secure SDLC, launch reviews).
Able to engage with security and software engineers and influence across teams.

Responsibilities

Drive vulnerability management end-to-end with prioritization, remediation, and verified closure.
Stand up Security by Design as a repeatable program with processes and gates.
Own security roadmap, track plans with owners and milestones.
Track post-incident actions until verified resolved.
Create audit-readiness mappings across teams.
Connect Security with Engineering, Research and Legal; surface blockers.
Collaborate with IT to establish processes and operating cadences.
Integrate security into Suno's model and feature development.
