Suno is hiring a Staff or Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to build the program foundation for its Security org. You will own cross-functional structures turning priorities into programs, starting with Vulnerability Management and Security by Design, and partnering with Engineering, Research, and Legal.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical program management experience across security, infrastructure, or platform programs.
• Proven track record building programs from scratch, e.g., vulnerability management or secure development lifecycle.
• Ability to engage credibly with security and software engineers and drive cross-team outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive Vulnerability Management end-to-end, from intake to remediation tracking and verified closure.
• Stand up Security by Design as a repeatable program with processes, gates, and accountability.
• Own Security's roadmap and planning artifacts with clear owners and milestones.
• Track post-incident follow-ups and corrective actions until resolved.
• Create audit-readiness tracking mapping requirements to owners and evidence.
• Serve as the bridge between Security, Engineering, Research, and Legal; surface blockers and sequence dependencies.
• Partner with IT to set up processes, tooling, and cadences that IT will own.
• Integrate security into Suno's model and feature development to enable daily creative fulfillment.
