Job summary

Aurora in Seattle, WA is seeking a Staff Technical Product & Program Manager, Security to embed security into every aspect of our products—from hardware to services. Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical product, program, or product management, automotive or AV domain preferred.
• Degree in a STEM field (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or equivalent experience.
• Experience building product strategies and leading large programs with hardware-software integration.
• Strong communication and leadership to influence cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience guiding product development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and security teams to define security features and roadmap.
• Engage with suppliers and partners to align on cybersecurity features and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop high-level security roadmaps and document cross-functional dependencies.
• Lead security integration across hardware, software, and services within product development.
• Define and report KPIs on product and security risks to enable data-driven decisions.
