• 10+ years in technical product, program, or product management, automotive/AV domain preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a STEM field or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing product strategies and managing large-scale programs.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication.
• Hands-on experience directing product development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product teams to define security features and risk priorities.
• Engage with hardware and software suppliers to align on cybersecurity features.
• Develop high-level security roadmaps with cross-functional dependencies.
• Lead security integration and governance across hardware to support apps.
• Monitor KPIs on product and security risks and report findings.
