Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Staff Security Application Engineer in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. You will design, implement, and maintain enterprise security infrastructure with a focus on proxy and DLP solutions, guiding global security practices and collaborating with audit teams.

You will deploy vendor solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, and continuously improve security controls and documentation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 8+ years in progressive network security engineering with 5+ years in proxy and DLP.
• Experience with financial institutions and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Defender, Prisma Access and Netskope.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and optimizes proxy and DLP solutions to protect data.
• Serves as SME for proxy and DLP, guiding engineering teams and leadership.
• Deploys security solutions from vendors into network environments.
• Collaborates with audit/compliance to meet regulatory requirements (PCI DSS, SOX, NYDFS).
• Designs and tests security controls to align with governance policies.
