Workiva Inc. is seeking a senior leader to define and execute the quality engineering vision across Financial Reporting Products.

You will build scalable automated test frameworks and governance standards for AI-assisted code and agent integrations, ensuring safety, testability, and consistency across services. You will architect quality-platform capabilities for distributed systems, drive performance and resiliency testing, and partner with product and engineering to embed quality throughout

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, software development in test, test infrastructure, quality engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the technical vision for quality engineering across complex products.
• Set and own governance standards for AI-generated code and agent integrations to stay safe, testable, and consistent.
• Architect and evolve scalable automated test frameworks for API, integration, contract, end-to-end, and performance testing.
• Design quality-platform capabilities including CI/CD integrations, test environments, release validation and telemetry.
