Qualifications

• Advanced degree with one or more years of research training.
• PhD or equivalent terminal degree preferred by appointment start date.
• Experience analyzing genomic, multi-omic, computational, or other high-dimensional biological data.
• Experience conducting reproducible analyses using R, Python, or comparable scientific programming tools.
• Experience developing, adapting, or validating computational pipelines and using version control, high-performance computing, cloud computing, workflow systems, or containerization.
• Experience mentoring students, analysts, research staff, or early-career scientists.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop research questions, study designs, and analysis plans with the PI and collaborators.
• Conduct rigorous analyses of longitudinal genomic, clinical, and multi-omics data.
• Develop reproducible pipelines and technical documentation.
• Coordinate analytical inputs/outputs across secure computing environments.
• Lead or contribute to manuscripts, scientific figures, presentations, and grant materials.
• Mentor students, analysts, and research staff.
