Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent terminal degree completed by start date.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing genomic, multi-omic, computational, or high-dimensional data.
• Experience with reproducible quantitative analyses using R, Python, or similar tools.
• Evidence of independent scientific contributions through publications or grants.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop research questions, study designs, and analysis plans with the PI and collaborators.
• Conduct rigorous analyses of longitudinal clinical, genomic, and multi-omic data.
• Interpret findings and identify limitations, validation needs, and next-stage studies.
• Evaluate analytic assumptions and support transparent decisions about measurement and cohort construction.
• Build, validate, document, and maintain reproducible computational pipelines.
• Support code review, data provenance, quality control, version control, and transparent analytical handoffs.
• Develop reusable scripts and workflow components for collaborative projects.
• Coordinate analytical inputs and outputs across secure computing, cloud, or HPC environments.
• Develop genomic and multi-omic methods and apply to integrated data.
• Integrate genomic evidence with clinical data when appropriate.
• Document methods and QC decisions for reproducible use by collaborators.
• Lead or contribute to manuscripts, figures, presentations, and grant materials.
• Translate complex findings for interdisciplinary audiences.
• Present progress and results in meetings and forums.
• Mentor students, analysts, and research staff.
