Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science with ALD specialization or Master’s with 7+ years industry ALD experience.
• Hands-on experience with plasma-based and/or thermal ALD tools and gas handling.
• Strong multi-technique analytical capabilities (FTIR, Ellipsometry, XRR, XPS, AES, SEM).
• Proven ability to work in multi-disciplinary, international teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with publications/presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and IMS compliance in deposition projects.
• Drive ALD deposition projects and precursor design with hands-on leadership.
• Define technology roadmap and identify critical trends.
• Mentor scientists and share expertise across teams.
• Build internal/external networks with partners and customers.
• Develop intellectual assets to accelerate commercialization.
• Provide high-level technical leadership for strategic decisions.
