Qualifications

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials Science with ALD specialization or 7+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of next-generation ALD precursors and deposition processes.
• Autonomously conduct hands-on R&D investigations on dielectric/metal films.
• Mentor junior scientists and share expertise.
• Cultivate internal/external networks and collaboration.
• Identify technology trends and define technical roadmaps.
• Travel ~5% domestically/international.
