Abundant is seeking a Member of the Technical Staff to act as the PM of the model, shaping the next generation of model reasoning and intelligence. You will lead at the frontier where research meets deployment, collaborating with top researchers to push SOTA boundaries and drive ownership across unknown domains.

The role requires a PhD in CS/ML/NLP, a world-class publication record, and a founder mentality.

Qualifications

• PhD in CS/ML/NLP with a world-class publication record in top venues.
• Proven track record in productizing research, including high-stakes evaluation and benchmarking.
• Ability to translate research insights into scalable production features.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a core research agenda spanning model reasoning and intelligence at scale.
• Partner with leading AI teams to design data strategies and benchmarking.
• Identify and manage long-running research projects with high impact.
