Job summary

Abundant in San Francisco seeks a Member of Technical Staff to architect the next generation of model reasoning and intelligence. You will lead at the frontier where research and production collide, co-designing strategies with top researchers to push SOTA boundaries.

Qualifications

• Research expertise in CS/ML/NLP with conference publications.
• Ability to productize research into scalable features.
• Experience guiding AI safety and governance discussions are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a core research agenda from concept to live deployment.
• Design, engineer, and iterate on large-scale data and benchmarking for alignment and safety.
• Identify and scope long-running research projects critical to scaling data for AGI/ASI.
• Collaborate with engineering on data pipelines and high-performance DL implementations.
