Job summary

Abundant in San Francisco seeks a founding-level Research PM to design and implement model capabilities within an AI/data lab framework. This role carries significant ownership and requires a deep technical fluency across evaluations, RL, LLMs, and agent systems.

You will co-design capabilities, run benchmarks with our internal stack and Oddish, review current literature, engage with enterprise users, and help build data pipelines and evaluation tooling to advance model performance.

Qualifications

• Technically fluent with evaluations, RL, and how LLMs and Agents work.
• Research-oriented: able to read papers and keep up with SOTA literature.
• Extreme owner: founder mentality; resourceful and scrappy.
• Creative problem solver: design projects from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Co-design capabilities of the model.
• Perform literature reviews to identify relevant work.
• Run experiments and benchmarks using our internal stack and Oddish.
• Become the voice of the model user by gathering feedback from users and enterprises.
• Work on data pipelines and internal tooling to support research operations.
