What you'll bring

  • 7+ years proven success in full cycle recruitment, experience with SaaS Sales recruiting with knowledge of SMB products a huge plus.
  • Experience and comfort partnering & consulting at all levels of leadership
  • Desire and capability to work with other Talent Partners to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of openings
  • Ability to be flexible and provide the right solution at the right time
  • Success in developing inclusive pipelines
  • Growth mindset and adaptability to changing dynamics
  • Success in guiding, consulting, and educating hiring managers on hiring best practices
  • Experience guiding managers on use of corporate services such as relocation and immigration
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience

How you will lead

  • Serve as an advisor to Sales stakeholders to understand their business strategies and talent needs
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, coaching on search strategies, compensation, and interviewing
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across disciplines
  • Build pools of talent for Sales teams
  • Lead offer processes, negotiate, and close candidates
  • Create and drive candidate and team experiences
  • Contribute to operational excellence through strategic projects
  • Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate across the talent acquisition team and mentor others
  • Maintain a growth mindset and adapt to changing dynamics

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

  • Bay Area, California: $155,000 - $209,500

This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, based on job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
