Working 100% remotely, we're searching for full-desk recruiters with agency experience who are humble and coachable. Our Search Firm has developed a stellar recruiting model for experienced recruiting professionals. If you are currently with a search firm (Regional or Boutique) and seek more unconventionality, greater flexibility, and a more attractive payout while having the resources to succeed, this is the place for you. Our commitment to excellence, integrity, and personalized service sets us apart in the competitive landscape of executive search.

Our average placement is $30,000, with a commission plan starting at 65%.

Responsibilities

As a Sr. Executive Search Consultant at The Work In Me, LLC, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing top accounting, finance, and engineering talent for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and leverage your expertise in executive search methodologies to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their organizational culture, business objectives, and talent requirements.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop search strategies to identify and attract top talent using traditional and innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Candidate Identification: Proactively source and assess potential candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and database searches.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Negotiation and Offer Management: Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring alignment on compensation and benefits.
  • Relationship Management: Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, best practices, and resources.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or related fields with success in recruiting higher-level talent.
  • Strong understanding of search methodologies, sourcing techniques, and assessment tools.
  • An established book of business with a proven ability to generate revenue.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with recruitment software and tools.
  • Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
  • Full-desk experience is a strong plus.
  • Previous remote working experience.
  • Must have produced at least $200K in annual revenue in the past year and desire more production.
  • Professional, ethical, and a strong team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social networks, LinkedIn, and resume databases.
