Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering/Computer Science or related discipline with 4+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in C++ and Object-Oriented programming in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand existing architecture and codebase quickly.
• Independently design and develop application software components per requirements and architecture.
• Collaborate with Project Management and engineers to ensure technical success.
• Follow SDLC procedures with code reviews, tests, and defect management.
• Document software engineering processes per Quality Management System.
• Communicate progress, risks, and technical decisions clearly.
