Energize Group is seeking a Staff Robotics Software Engineer to design, implement and deploy software powering autonomous logistics robots. You will work across motion control, perception and hardware interfaces, writing robust C++ and Python code that runs on real systems.

• Strong programming experience in C++ and Python.
• Experience shipping software onto deployed robotic systems.
• Strong debugging across software and hardware systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
• Willingness to take ownership and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and debug software for autonomous robotic systems.
• Develop motion control, perception, and hardware interfaces.
• Write high-quality, maintainable C++ and Python code.
• Bring up software on physical robotics hardware and troubleshoot.
• Test and validate software on real systems, not just simulation.
• Build robust software with fault detection and fail-safety.
