Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Staff RN for the Stroke/Cardiac Intermediate Unit in Mansfield. This part-time role (24 hrs/wk) is day shift with potential weekend and shift differential. The RN provides comprehensive nursing care, coordinates with a diverse care team, and adheres to Ohio Nurse Practice Act standards.

A BSN is preferred after five years of practice and BLS is required. Experience in acute care is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient nursing care.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient health assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Ensure safety and quality across 24/7 operations.
• Lead process improvements to improve clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
