Job summary

AHMC Anaheim Regional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The role involves coordinating PCA activity, assessing patients, planning interventions, and educating patients and families while documenting and evaluating treatment plans.

The ideal candidate has a CA RN license with BSN preferred and at least one year of acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of RN School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• One year acute care experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a safe and effective manner.
• Direct PCA activity and synthesize patient information for assessment and planning.

Responsibilities include directingPCA activity, synthesizing patient information, assessment of patients, planning of care/intervention, teaching ofpatients/family, implementation of treatment plan, MD orders, documentation and evaluation. Integration of patient carestandards are incorporated into all clinical activities.This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the mission of AHMC Anaheim RegionalMedical Center.
