Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of Ohio or in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification is required.
• BSN is required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial and ongoing health status assessments.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates responses to nursing interventions and revises plans as needed.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement for quality and safety.
• Operations - Performs nursing duties with emphasis on safety and efficiency.
