HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting Staff Registered Nurses (RN) for multiple openings in St. Petersburg, FL. This onsite role offers Weekday Shifts from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with a base pay of $32.00–$38.00 per hour plus a $2 shift differential.

The positions require an active Florida RN license and experience in skilled nursing or long-term care. Candidates should demonstrate strong patient care, documentation, and teamwork in a fast-paced inpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN License required.
• Skilled nursing, long-term care, or nursing home experience REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes promptly.
• Maintain compliant and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Respond professionally to resident needs and emergencies.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting multiple seasoned, highly skilled Staff Registered Nurses (RN) to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this skilled nursing and long-term care nursing opportunity.

We are seeking dependable, compassionate RNs with strong clinical judgment and prior skilled nursing or long-term care experience who can provide exceptional patient-centered care in a fast-paced inpatient environment.

HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with jumpy or inconsistent work history will not be accepted or interviewed.

Key Responsibilities
