STAFF RN Supervisor – Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing (Weekend Nights)

Location: St. Petersburg

Position Details

• Every Other Weekend Schedule
• Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Opportunity to pick up additional RN shifts during the week (3:00 PM – 7:00 PM)
• Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility
• Immediate Start Preferred

Pay

• Staff RN Base Rate: $32 – $38/hour
• Shift Differential: Additional pay included
• Supervisor Premium: +$4/hour above Staff RN rate
• Estimated Supervisor Rate: Approx. $36 – $42/hour+ depending on experience and differentials

Estimated Weekend Gross Pay

• Approx. $864 – $1,008 gross per weekend worked (based on two 12-hour shifts every other weekend)

Facility Information

• 180-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility
• Current Census: 166 Residents
• RN Supervisor will NOT carry a patient assignment
• Supportive leadership environment
• Benefits available after 60 days

Requirements

• Active Florida RN license required
• Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care experience required
• Supervisory or Charge Nurse experience preferred
• Strong leadership and clinical judgment skills required
• Ability to work independently overnight required

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and leadership during overnight shifts
• Serve as on-site clinical authority for resident care and emergencies
• Support and mentor nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations
• Coordinate with providers and leadership teams as needed
• Assist with staffing and operational support
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely interventions
• Maintain accurate supervisory and clinical documentation
