Responsibilities

• Provides age-appropriate nursing care (infant to geriatric).
• Initiates patient education.
• Coordinates patient care with interdisciplinary team.
• Delegates tasks according to caregiver skills.
• Evaluates responses to interventions per policy.
• Supervises caregivers and models professionalism.
• Exercises independent judgment in emergencies.
• Administers medications per policy.
