Job summary

Northside Hospital Inc. is seeking a Registered Professional Nurse to independently plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines. The role requires GA RN licensure in good standing and BLS certification.

Preferred credentials include a BSN and additional life support certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.). Work hours are 3p-3a with weekend requirements as part of the schedule; on-call is not required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support.

Responsibilities

• Plans and provides professional nursing care to patients per physician orders and established guidelines.
• Follows the Georgia Nurse Practice Act and site policies in daily care and documentation.

Responsibilities

The Registered Professional Nurse at Northside Hospital independently plans and provides professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines, and in accordance with the scope of practice as defined by the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

• Licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
