Samaritan Health Services is seeking a Staff Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care, assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and supervise other healthcare staff.
The RN will administer medications, monitor patient health, educate patients and families, document care, and ensure patient safety in accordance with nursing regulations. BLS is required or obtained within 3 months of hire. Graduates of accredited nursing programs are encouraged to apply.

Float Pool differential $2.50 per hour
Up to $24000.00 Sign on Bonus
Staff Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care, assesses patient needs, develops and implements care plans, and supervises other healthcare staff. They administer medications, monitor patient health, educate patients and families, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. RNs also document patient care, adhere to nursing regulations, and ensure patient safety.
Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing.
Previous hospital RN experience is preferred.
BLS required or obtained within 3 months of hire.
Possesses a thorough knowledge of nursing principles. Ability to provide quality patient care, and ability to assess patients' needs, e.g., clinical, teaching, mental, and spiritual.
Must recognize safety issues to self and others and be able to assess and implement the use of lifts to move patients safely.
Must be able to function well in stressful situations and have good, creative problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate.
May be required to assume duties as a charge nurse.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills required.
