Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Registered Professional Nurse to independently plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines. The role requires GA RN licensure in good standing and BLS certification, with BSN preferred and additional life support credentials encouraged for specialty units.

Work hours are 7P-7A with weekend requirements; relief and collaboration with the care team ensure continuity of patient care across

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• BSN degree preferred.
• Two years of experience as an RN preferred.
• Additional Life Support credentials (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical certifications may be required for specific units.
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
