Job summary

OhioHealth seeks a Registered Nurse to provide general nursing care to patients and families across the health-illness continuum, collaborating with the health care team. You will be accountable for nursing practice as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.

The role requires bedside assessment, planning, and evaluation within a high reliability organization. Night shift responsibilities and ongoing professional development are emphasized.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Ohio with valid BLS/CPR.
• State Driver's License.
• Ability to work night shifts in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs (30%).
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriate intervals; revises plan of care as part of a multidisciplinary team (20%).
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement activities to achieve clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance (10%).
• Operations - Performs day-to-day operations to support unit functioning (10%).
