Job summary

DOCTORS HOSPITAL is seeking a Staff RN for the Cardiovascular Intermediate unit on night shifts. This role provides general nursing care across the health-illness continuum, collaborating with the health care team to deliver safe, effective care.

The RN will perform assessments, plan and implement nursing interventions, and participate in process improvements to support high reliability, safety and quality in patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification current.
• Minimum 0 years in nursing with focus on cardiovascular care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients and families.
• Plan and document nursing interventions to meet patient needs.
• Evaluate responses to interventions and revise care plans as needed.

He/She is accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.**Responsibilities And Duties:**Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).
