Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in San Diego, CA seeks a Staff RFIC Design Engineer to design highly integrated microwave/millimeter-wave RFICs. You will work in a cooperative team with opportunities for technical depth, product ownership, and customer interaction.

The role requires an MSEE/PhD with 5+ years IC design experience and strong RF/mmWave expertise. Flexible work arrangements are offered and collaboration is encouraged.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an advanced degree holder with 5+ years IC design experience and RF/mmWave expertise.
• Strong understanding of analog, RF and millimeter-wave design techniques and EM analysis.
• Experience with front-end PA/LNA/switch circuits and packaging impact is a plus.
• Knowledge of verification methodologies and Verilog/VerilogA is beneficial.
• Experience with PLLs including PFD, CPs, dividers and VCOs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design highly-integrated microwave and millimeter-wave RFICs in state-of-the-art technologies.
• Collaborate in a fast-growing team with customer interaction and system definition.
• Mentor others in advanced circuit design and simulation techniques.
