Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in Chelmsford, MA is seeking a Principal RFIC Design Engineer to design highly-integrated microwave and millimeter-wave RFICs in cutting-edge technologies.

You will collaborate with a world-class team in a fast-paced environment to invent circuit design and simulation techniques that advance Skyworks IP portfolio. You will mentor others, contribute to design process improvements, and work with system engineers to ensure first-time success across RF/mixed-signal domains.

Qualifications

• MSEE/PhD with 5 to 10+ years of IC design experience.
• RF/mixed signal design in advanced silicon processes.
• Deep understanding of analog, RF and mmW techniques including parasitic modeling and EM analysis.
• Solid understanding of front-end PA/LNA/switch circuits and package impact.

Responsibilities

• Design highly-integrated microwave and millimeter-wave RFICs in state-of-the-art technologies.
• Mentor others in advanced circuit design and simulation techniques.
• Work with system engineers to translate requirements into IC specifications.
• Collaborate in developing design processes and improvements.
• Apply experience with ADS, Cadence, HFSS, EMX to verification and layout.
