Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Andover, MA seeks an experienced Senior Staff RF Engineer to drive development and production of complex multi-function RF modules. You will design circuits and sub-systems from concept through full-rate production and mentor engineers across disciplines.

The role requires extensive RF design experience, RF test equipment proficiency, and microwave simulations. A U.S. citizenship and interim Secret clearance are required; located in secure facilities near Boston in Andover, MA.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or STEM with 8+ years of experience, or MS with 6+ years.
• Extensive experience troubleshooting RF designs and resolving integration issues.
• Extensive experience with RF microwave test equipment and microwave simulation tools.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance (Interim Secret prior to start).

Responsibilities

• Drive development and production of complex multi-function RF modules through all life cycle phases.
• Design circuits, modules, and sub-systems from concept to prototyping and full-rate production.
• Lead investigations to understand RF problems and provide innovative solutions.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and collaborate with hardware, systems, and circuit design teams.
• Contribute to proposals and participate in business capture efforts.
• Work with technical and manufacturing staff to ensure successful product development and production.
