Turing is seeking Staff Research Engineers to push the boundaries of frontier AI systems, focusing on data generation, benchmarks, and evaluation. You will work at the intersection of research and engineering, designing experiments, building prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate findings into scalable products.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in AI/ML/CS or related field, or equivalent research experience.
• Strong foundation in machine learning and practical experiment design.
• Experience with synthetic/agentic data generation and RL.
• Ability to implement and iterate research prototypes quickly.
