Job summary

Turing Enterprises, Inc. is hiring Staff Research Engineers to advance frontier AI research and develop practical innovations in data, algorithms, evaluation, and training. You will work at the intersection of research and engineering on high-impact questions that improve real-world AI systems.

You will design and run rigorous experiments, develop research-grade prototypes, and collaborate across Research, Engineering, Product, and Operations to translate ideas into scalable applications.

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s in AI/ML/CS or equivalent research experience.
• Strong programming and experimentation skills in ML.
• Experience with modern AI tooling and evaluation methods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on frontier AI systems and formulation of questions.
• Build and evaluate research systems, datasets, and experiments.
• Translate research into practical product improvements.
• Contribute to the research community through reports and open-source work.
