• Understand customer requirements and translate them into concrete model adaptation strategies.
• Design experiments to evaluate model performance against customer-defined success criteria.
• Build evaluation benchmarks and testing frameworks for real customer environments.
• Identify gaps between general models and domain-specific use cases and drive research to close them.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to translate requirements into model adaptations.
• Fine-tune foundation world models for domain-specific tasks and constraints.
• Design and run experiments to validate model performance per customer criteria.
