Job summary

Rhoda AI is seeking a Senior/Staff Technical Program Manager, AI Research to scale research programs from planning to production. You will own the integrated execution plan across pre-training, post-training, data, GPU infrastructure, robotics hardware, and customer-facing model delivery.

You’ll collaborate with Research leadership, infrastructure, robotics, and hardware teams to convert ambiguity into practical options and ensure timely resource and sequencing decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant technical program management experience delivering complex, interdependent work across software, ML, or robotics.
• Strong understanding of the machine learning development lifecycle from datasets to production.
• Ability to build an execution system from an ambiguous starting point and drive progress across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build the integrated research roadmap, translating plans into a clear view of experiments, readiness, and dependencies.
• Coordinate transitions from pre-training to post-training, evaluation, and deployment with defined handoffs.
• Synchronize data, compute, and hardware, forecasting resource needs and scheduling trade-offs.
• Drive blockers to resolution by assembling owners, planning actions, and making concrete recommendations.
• Surface capacity and staffing risks early to help leadership allocate engineering resources.
• Run focused program reviews and maintain logs to provide concise, decision-ready updates for leadership.
• Distinguish experiments, proofs-of-concept, and customer-deployment milestones and track learning goals.
