Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related scientific field required.
• Foundational neuroscience concepts and standard lab procedures.

• Preferred: degree in Neurobiology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lentiviral vectors for CRISPR library applications.
• Handle human primary tissues and culture primary cells.
• Perform lentiviral infection of cultured cells and FACS.
• Prepare single-cell sequencing libraries using the 10x Genomics platform.
