Job summary

Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven track record solving power electronics reliability failures.
- Experience with DFMEA and reliability test planning.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to set and refine reliability targets for power electronics and battery systems.
- Provide input during product development for reliability improvements.
- Lead DFMEA to identify risks and mitigate them.
- Develop ALT Reliability Test Plans showing life targets and verification methods.
- Track field reliability metrics and support warranty insights.
