• Skills in Stroke NIHSS, ACE, telemetry, and diverse med/surg conditions
• Nurse Residency and Preceptor-led orientation
• Continuity of care via 12-hour shifts, patient-centered approach, team support
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
• Coordinate comprehensive patient care following standards and policies

Licensure, Registration, and Certification:

• RN license issued by practicing state
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Education:

• Completion of an accredited nursing program

Experience:

• New grads, newly licensed, and experienced RNs welcome

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, reach, and twist frequently
• Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist, 20 lbs overhead, carry 40 lbs
• Push/pull with 30 lbs force, perform sliding transfers with assistance
• Operate equipment, wear protective gear as needed
• Functional speech, vision, hearing, touch, fine motor skills required
