Weekend Home Health (Visits) Registered Nurse FLEXIBLE Schedule Options for Full-Time, Part-Time or Per Diem! Premium Pay and Benefits Offered!!

BAYADA Home Health has an immediate opening for a Weekend Registered Nurse (must include Saturdays) to perform home health visits in Senior Living Communities (Assisted Living and Independent Living). This office provides exceptional medical care to geriatric clients living in Assisted Living and Independent Living communities in Wakefield, Woburn, Danvers and surrounding towns. One year recent prior clinical experience as a licensed RN is required. Previous Home Health experience is preferred.

Home Health Visits Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's medical needs
• Make visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a touch pad tablet

RN, Registered Nurse, Home Health Visits Qualifications:

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
