BAYADA Home Health has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Registered Nurse to perform home health visits for our office. This office provides exceptional medical nursing care to adult and geriatric patients living in their homes in Carlisle, Concord, Lincoln, and surrounding towns. One year of recent clinical experience as a licensed RN is required. Previous Home Health Care experience is not required.

• Making home visits in designated areas
• Administering medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitoring client conditions and reporting changes
• Following doctors' orders and documenting care
• Performing client assessments as needed
• Case management and coordination
• Documenting observations and interventions using a tablet

Qualifications:

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
