BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice in Warminster, PA. This on-call, full-time role involves delivering palliative home care to clients, with 1:1 attention and robust interdisciplinary support.

26 weeks per year, weekdays 5:00 pm–8:30 am and weekends 24 hours with premium pay. Active PA RN license and at least 1 year of clinical experience are preferred; home health/hospice experience is valued.

Qualifications

Ability to travel to designated cases as assigned.

Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Hospice is currently seeking an experienced full-time Registered Nurse, RN, for a position on-call and performing emergency night visits if needed. This office services our hospice clients throughout Bucks County, Montgomery County, and Northeast Philadelphia. Position is for every other week, 26 weeks per year (but paid for 52 weeks), weekdays Monday-Friday 5:00 pm – 8:30 am and 24 hours on Saturdays & Sundays with premium pay. Full Time compensation and benefits but only work 26 weeks out of the year! Prior home care, hospice, or acute care experience strongly preferred.

What you’ll do:

As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Hospice Nurse (RN), you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA RN you will: Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures and comfort care.
Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders.
Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends.

What you should have:

Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA.
One year of clinical experience strongly preferred.
Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required.
Ability to travel to cases as assigned A calm and reassuring presence, active listening skills, excellent assessment skills and strong written and verbal communication.
