Mesilla Valley Transportation in Laredo, TX is hiring a Staff Recruiter to join a team that feels like family. You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment, source candidates, and guide them through the hiring process in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of recruiting experience, a degree in HR or related field, and can work bilingual in English and Spanish. Join us to help build careers and promote MVT’s employer brand in the community.

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms like Tenstreet and resume databases like Indeed (preferred)
• Microsoft Office experience (required). Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge (preferred)
• Highly organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented
• Demonstrates reliable attendance and strong time management
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus!
• Passion for people and excellent communication skills
