Job summary

Jobtailor in Connecticut is seeking a Quality Engineering leader to define and govern the QE strategy, standards, and operating model. You will drive automation, improve testability, and mentor engineers across distributed systems.

You will contribute code, lead end-to-end quality execution, and champion AI/GenAI tooling to uplift QA practices and reliability across SaaS platforms.

• Define, evolve, and govern the Quality Engineering strategy, standards, and operating model

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years in Quality Engineering, Test Automation, or Quality leadership roles
• Experience testing and automating for diverse technology platforms (E.g. Java, .NET, SaaS, COTS, and Mainframe)
• Advanced experience designing and scaling test automation frameworks across application tiers
• Proven ability to define, track, and leverage Quality and Quality Execution metrics
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, coaching, and collaboration skills
