Job summary

Jobtailor in Connecticut is seeking a Quality Engineering leader to define and govern the QE strategy, standards, and operating model. You will drive automation, improve testability, and mentor engineers across distributed systems.

You will contribute code, lead end-to-end quality execution, and champion AI/GenAI tooling to uplift QA practices and reliability across SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Quality Engineering strategy, test automation frameworks, and quality execution metrics.
• Ability to mentor teams and drive adoption of AI/GenAI tools for QA improvements.
