Job summary
Shield AI is seeking a Staff Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives across the product lifecycle for our autonomous aerospace systems. You will develop and maintain robust quality systems aligned with AS9100, drive root cause investigations, and implement CAPA across design, manufacturing, and suppliers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in quality, manufacturing, or process engineering roles.
- Experience leading RCA/CAPA initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of AS9100 or similar standards.
- Experience with NPI and scaling production.
- Proficiency in SPC and capability analysis.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
