Job summary

Qualifications

• Earned doctorate from an APA accredited program in counseling or clinical psychology and an APA accredited internship or doctorate in similar field.
• Licensed or license eligible as a psychologist and certified health service provider in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, time-effective, evidence-based and culturally responsive clinical services including triage, crisis intervention, referral, and individual/group therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality management activities.
• Manage a clinical caseload to serve the maximum number of students appropriate for services.
• Consult with other professionals and departments to coordinate student care and referrals.
• Lead practicum training, orientation, and supervision for graduate trainees.
• Oversee data collection and evaluation of practicum activities and trainee placement.
