Job summary

CIRCOR International is seeking a Staff Project Engineer to oversee the technical execution of complex engineering projects from concept to completion. You will lead a team of engineers, manage design reviews, and coordinate with external customers on technical matters.

Responsibilities include creating project schedules, tracking budgets, and ensuring ECR/ECN processes are followed. The role requires hands-on design work when needed and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical aspects of complex engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Lead design reviews and coordinate ECR/ECN activities.
• Provide direction to a team of engineers and liaise with external customers on technical matters.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans (Gantt charts).
• Support budgets and forecast tracking with senior leadership.
• Perform limited design engineering tasks when needed.
• Communicate test and quality standards and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Contribute to development of engineering and management processes.
