Job summary

Aurora Pittsburgh is seeking a Staff PM, Network Expansion to own the software readiness view for the company’s expanding autonomous trucking network. You will coordinate across Mapping, Perception, Motion Planning, Systems & Safety Engineering, Vehicle Operations, Business Development, and Product Strategy to keep readiness aligned with commercial priorities.

This role focuses on executive-level synthesis, scalable processes, and clear communication of risks and tradeoffs as the network grows

Qualifications

• Must balance executive synthesis with hands-on operational work.
• Understand ODD analysis, test coverage, and system integration to assess schedules.
• Experience navigating multi-team environments with accountability for outcomes you don’t directly control.

Responsibilities

• Software Readiness Ownership: Own the definitive view of readiness across lanes, endpoints, and routes.
• Program Synthesis and Executive Reporting: Aggregate status and prepare senior leadership updates.
• Autonomy Roadmap and Commercial Alignment: Align roadmap with commercial priorities for next expansions.
• Cross-Program Execution: Track dependencies and surface gaps affecting expansion schedule.
• Vehicle Demand Forecast: Inform fleet planning and site prioritization.
• Operational Infrastructure: Improve tools and handoffs to scale readiness tracking.
