Job summary

Aurora is seeking a Staff Product Manager, Network Expansion in the United States to own software readiness for a growing autonomous network. You will partner with Mapping, Perception, Motion Planning, and Vehicle Operations to align readiness with commercial priorities and drive scalable processes.

You will synthesize program status for executives, prepare VP-level decisions, and shape the roadmap as the network scales toward 2026 objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional programs with executive audiences.
• Ability to translate readiness data into senior leadership updates.
• Experience with autonomous vehicle readiness, or logistics launch is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination across multiple engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the definitive view of software readiness across lanes, endpoints, and tests.
• Produce executive status updates and lead VP-level decision meetings.
• Align autonomy roadmap with commercial priorities and market timing.
• Coordinate dependencies across Mapping, Perception, Motion Planning, and Vehicle Ops.
• Forecast fleet demand with Vehicle Operations to guide hiring.
• Identify gaps and design scalable tracking and handoff processes.
