Job summary

Aurora in Seattle seeks a Staff PM, Network Expansion to own the definitive software readiness view across active and upcoming sites. You will anchor release planning, coordinate across Mapping, Perception, Motion Planning, Systems & Safety Engineering, and Vehicle Operations to scale readiness as the network grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive-level synthesis and hands-on operational work.
• Credibility with engineering teams on ODD analysis and system integration.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Vehicle Operations, Mapping Operations, Systems & Safety Engineering, Perception, and Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Own the definitive view of software readiness across highway segments, endpoints, and truck stops; track map development, ODD progress, tests, and on-road performance.
• Aggregate workstream status and produce executive software readiness updates for senior leadership; lead VP-level decision meetings as required.
• Connect commercial priorities to autonomy development; align capability roadmap with lanes and endpoints Aurora plans to open next; translate priorities into engineering input.
• Track and unblock engineering dependencies; coordinate with Mapping Operations to sequence mapping work for lane readiness; ensure efficient on-road testing with Vehicle Operations.
• Develop fleet demand forecast with Vehicle Operations leadership to inform hiring and vehicle allocation.
